SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY
Orders will be dispatched within a few days from the payment confirmation and will be delivered by SDA COURIER for Italy and GLS or Mail Boxes Etc. for foreign countries. Orders will be traceable by a special code (called traceability-code) specified in the e-mail of confirmation. Delivery costs are the same for every part of Italy, whereas for foreign countries they can vary according to the country. We advise you to group your articles in one order. We can't group two different orders done separately. Delivery costs will be applied to each order. Our boxes have appropriate sizes and your items will be well protected.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days from the delivery if the items are faulty, by sending an e-mail to our customer care. Please note that the delivery costs of the returing product are at the expence of the buyer. The package must be intact, the guarantee label still attached and in the parcel you will put the invoice as proof of the purchase. The right of withdrawal declines in case of usage of the product, lacking of package, absence of parts of the product or damage. After having received the damaged goods, we will verify the defaul, then replace or reimburse the price (delivery costs are not included in the reimbursement).
